I do plan to write another like this, perhaps on his lesser known quantum mechanics book.
I don't recall ACX or The Psmiths reviewing a textbook but that's where I would start looking. Certainly the book reviews there will be high quality.

Check out Herbert Callen’s book on thermodynamics. 6/5, best physics book i ever read. Best, PhD physcist.
